What is BIG4 Beachlands Address?

10 Earnshaw Road, Busselton. We are on the corner of Earnshaw Road and Bussell Highway - look out for the 'Bucket and Spade' on Bussell Highway.

Does the park have security?

Yes, there are CCTV Cameras throughout the Park. Guests are issued with a boom gate key on check-in for entry to the park.

Can I bring my bike/scooter/skateboard?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your bikes, kids scooters and skateboards- just remember to bring your helmets! Please note that if you have an EzyRoller you need to have a flag attached for it to be ridden in the park.

Do you have to be staying at BIG4 Beachlands to use the facilities?

Yes you do need to be a guest at BIG4 Beachlands to use the facilities. Guests are welcome to have friends visit and they can purchase a day pass at reception for $15 and use the facilities.

Do you have a price list?

No we do not have a price list that we can send you as we have various tariffs throughout the year and the cost of your stay will depend on the style of accommodation and number of people. Please select your preferred style of accommodation and enter your dates of travel for availability and prices. Alternatively please contact us on 9752 2107.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Yes there are minimum booking periods during the school holidays and for special events. 3 night minimum stays are required on long weekends and a 2 night booking period applies at all other times of the year.

Can I smoke?

No, BIG4 Beachlands is a smoke free zone/property. You cannot smoke inside accommodation or anywhere within the park. There is a designated smokers area on the boundary of the park. Anyone caught smoking within the park will be asked to leave.

Do I have to pay for my infant?

Children under the age of 2 are free of charge, child rates apply to guests aged 2 - 15 and adult rates apply to persons above 15 years of age. We can provide highchairs and cots upon request (accommodation only).

Do you have cots and highchairs?

Yes we provide cots and highchairs free of charge, please notify us that you require one when you make your booking.

When do I have to pay for my stay?

The full tarriff must be paid 8 weeks in advance of your stay. If you make your booking within 8 weeks of your arrival, you will be required to pay the full tarriff when you make your booking.

How can I pay for my stay?

You can pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit. We do not accept American Express, cheques or money orders.

Do I get a refund if I cut my stay short?

No, tariffs are not refundable if you choose to cut your stay short.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check in is from 12pm for powered sites and 3pm for accommodation. Check out for all guests is 10am.

Do I have to pay a bond?

A credit card pre-authorisation or a bond of $300 in cash is required on arrival for all accommodation bookings.
Site bookings require a $50 cash bond for the issue of a boom gate remote control.
Site bookings with dogs will also pay an additional $50 cash bond on arrival.

 

How much is the pre-authorisation bond amount taken off my credit card on arrival?

$200 is held on your credit card.

Why do you require a pre-authorisation of my credit card on arrival?

We use this as a bond for your accommodation. If there is any damage to the accommodation your credit card will be charged.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival and will result in the forfeit of the first nights tariff.
Changes/cancellations for stays during peak season must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incurr a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival, tariff paid will be forfeited.

 

Do you have onsite vans?

No we do not have any onsite vans.

Do you have a dump point?

Yes we do have a dump point station for our guests.

Can I check in early?

Check in time is from 12pm for sites and 3pm for accommodation to ensure we have enough time to prepare your unit for you. If you're unit is ready for you earlier we can let you in.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are able to stay with you on campsites and in selected accommodation between 1 February and 1 December excluding long weekends, school holidays and special events. Dog owners MUST contact us directly on 9752 2107 or stay@beachlands.com.au to book to have their dog accepted at the park. Some breeds of dogs will not be accepted. Dogs staying in accommodation will occur a $30 charge per night.
On arrival a $50 cash bond will be charged. A breach of any rules will mean that the bond is forfeited.
