COVID-19 | Travel Safety Information

Beachlands Holiday Park is open for all travellers within Western Australia with the exception of Commonwealth Bisecurity Areas. For any stays moving forward, guests must adhere to the below conditions with no exceptions

  • A guest declaration must be completed on arrival for potential tracing documentation.
  • No Visitors. Please don’t invite any visitors into the park.
  • The swimming pool, playground and any recreational areas are all open as of the 6th of June but social distancing practices must be followed.
  • All amenities, camp kitchens, laundries etc. are open for use but must operate strictly in accordance with social distancing practices. 
  • Social distancing practices still apply, including; 1.5m separation from others, limiting 1 person per 2m2 (excl. your household), and remaining in your accommodation unless absolutely necessary.
  • Please practice safe hygiene etiquette. Wash your hands regularly, cover your cough & avoid touching your face.
  • If you’re not feeling well please ensure you stay home for the safety of everyone. 

Any patrons found to be disregarding any of the above conditions will be asked to leave. We ask for everyone’s cooperation during this time to ensure restrictions continue to be relaxed and we can get back to normal operations as soon as possible.

What are we doing to reduce the risk of COVID-19?

From issuing your key, and amenities blocks, we’re in overdrive ensuring every touchpoint has been cleaned vigilantly.

What should I do if I have a booking?

If any you’re uncertain about your booking please contact the park directly via email, we are being inundated with calls and would appreciate emails where possible to ensure we can get back to you regarding your booking as soon as possible.  We please ask for your cooperation and patience while we endeavour to respond to everyone as soon as possible, as we are currently dealing with a large number of enquiries.

If I make a new booking can I change it if circumstances change?

For guests staying at Beachlands Holiday Park before the 31st May 2020, we have decided to alter our booking conditions to provide flexibility for all guests;

All guests travelling before the 31 May 2020, have a few options regarding their booking;

  • Change your current booking to a later date, or
  • Receive a credit for monies paid to be used within 12 months of the current arrival date

For all guests staying beyond the 31 May 2020, the parks normal booking and cancellation policy applies, however, we will continue to monitor this situation on a daily basis and update our policies where applicable, all updates to be provided on this page.
